About the building
The World’s End Estate is one of the most unique Brutalist council estates built after World War II. Firstly, instead of concrete it was constructed in brick. And secondly, it's one of the few council estates being used as social housing.
About the artist
Virginia Duran is an architect and urban planner from Madrid, Spain. Her profession as an architect and her passion for art remain inextricably entwined. As a result, her primary interest within art is space and its relationship to people.
