About the building
London Aquatics Centre is one of the last completed projects in London by female starchitect Zaha Hadid. This massive venue served as the Olympic Games swimming pool and nowadays lucky Londoners enjoy it on a daily basis. The design concept – intended to mimic the fluidity of water – is present in every part of the building, even the welcome desk!
