About the building

Isokon Building – named after the Isometric Unit Construction – was an experimental development. After its completion in 1934, it quickly became an extraordinary centre for intellectual life attracting prodigies such as Walter Gropius, Marcel Breuer, László Moholy-Nagy and Agatha Christie, who lived here.

About the artist
