About the building
The O2 Arena was built as part of the Millennium celebrations along with Tate Modern, London eye and Millennium Bridge. It became famous for its feature of James Bond in The World Is Not Enough (1999); when he is chased down the roof of the Dome.
About the artist
Virginia Duran is an architect and urban planner from Madrid, Spain. Her profession as an architect and her passion for art remain inextricably entwined. As a result, her primary interest within art is space and its relationship to people.
