About the building
The roof silhouette of St Pancras Station and its former Midland Grand Hotel is one of the most romantically picturesque in London. George Gilbert Scott, who is said to have designed and restored 400 churches and 39 cathedrals, designed the complex with a religiously monumental approach. The building is one of the most-loved in London.
